Hi, I'm working as a toddler teacher last 5 years, but still little thing's not clear.
. If food came around 11:45am, toddlers 18 months, continue their playing or compulsory sitting on eating table, wait for food restlessly.
. If toddler 18 months walk up around 1:30pm, because teacher transition, compulsory stay on their cot's until 3 pm with full of their dippers.
Who is really responsible for child's well-being & mental health. I try my best talk with supervision but no easily.
