While the classroom observation tool is a good reference, I also recommend the broader reference to recommended program practices, "NAEYC Early Learning Program Standards and Assessment Items", found here: https://www.naeyc.org/sites/default/files/wysiwyg/user-126377/2022elpstandardsandassessmentitems-compressed_1.pdf . The items on the classroom observation tool are a sample of the practices we recommend. You will see that recommended practices in this guide are organized by our 10 standards. Standards 2, 3 and 9 may be particularly relevant to equipping and arranging your classrooms.

Where can I find NAEYC guide to classroom protocol? Specifically areas of curriculum boards, toy shelves labeling, feeding infants and diaper changing.
