  • 1.  NAEYC admin competencies, a question.

    Hello, 

    I am hoping someone can help me gain some clarity here. I am in a college course that references the NAEYC competencies for program administrators, with Admin A and Admin B competencies, but the link provided (copied below) is no longer active and I cannot find a copy of this document or an updated document -- could anyone point me toward the most recent admin competencies?  Thank you!

    Hi Elisabeth:

    Perhaps what you are needing to review is in NAEYC Early Learning Program Accreditation Standards and Assessment Items ..... in particular, look at Standard 6:  Topic Area D - Ongoing Professional Development where is describes core competencies of administrative staff (both for pedagogical administrators and operational administrators).
