I'm hoping to learn how other centers handle this issue. We have an increasing number of families who are asking for a start date 6+ weeks after registering. At the same time we're touring families who want to enroll the following next week. Up until this point, I have told families who want to reserve a start date a month or two in advance, that they will have to pay the full rate to reserve schedule up until their start date. I don't feel great about this "policy" but not sure what to do considering I'm otherwise losing a month+ of tuition holding the space for them. What do you think? How do you handle this?
