    Hello, 
    I'm currently an in home caregiver and I'm planning to expand and open a daycare center in my hometown. I recently finished writing a business plan and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to take a look at it and give me some feedback.

    Thank you for taking up arms in expanding the service and support for families of our young learners. 
    Your Bplan looks great. I'd revisit the start up numbers, especially construction cost , land cost, building efficiency, etc...  Here's a link from the National Institute of Building Sciences. http://www.wbdg.org/space-types/child-care
    At first glance your construction cost raised an eyebrow for the size of the building. They seemed a bit low for a commercial building in that space. You can't be too conservative coming out the gate. I am not totally attune to your regions building codes and cost but I'd certainly take a second looks at the numbers and consult a CPA who is knowledgeable in local construction and a commercial banker. I am sure they will advise you free of cost.
