Dear, Gloria,
What a wonderfully thoughtful question to ask! Thanks kindly be to you for making this post. The most I insightful book I have read, regarding early childhood education is Stephanie Feeney's, Nancy Freeman's, and Peter Pizzolongo's (2010) Ethics and the Early Childhood Educator Using the NAEYC Code Second Edition.
I gathered a lot of content that strengthened my better judgment so that I would be ready to solve dilemmas. The content influenced how I deal with my duties in early childhood education, and it gave me a core goal to focus on achieving each day.
I apply what I have gained in online discussions as well as the workplace.
Best,
Victoria M.

What is the most insightful/impactful book you have read regarding early childhood education? What did you take away from it? How did you apply it?
