    The Northern Virginia AEYC has been hearing from directors, especially those with closed programs, that their staff are using this time for professional development.
    Given that different staff will have different needs, what's the best way for a director to find online reputable professional development opportunities? More specifically, are there national organizations that are gathering information about reliable online professional development opportunities that we can send directors to?

    IRIS center has some great Professional Development modules and edWebs has a lot of webinars and each site has printable certificates of completion

    There is an abundance of resources at http://www.openculture.com/freeonlinecourses. I am currently enrolled in a resilience class that is amazing!

    Also, https://caearlychildhoodonline.org/en_login.aspx has opened a variety of courses that participants receive certificates for their hours of participation. I know they are CA based but i assume most topics will align.

    NAEYC is a trusted source for professional development and I would like to share some of our upcoming opportunities.
