Is the BARWE developmentally appropriate/designed for preschool aged children (3-5)? I thought it was more for school age?

In my research, I found BARWE has the most comprehensive anti-racism program for teachers. It is endorsed by the abolitionist teaching network and runs on a grant from teaching tolerance; all anti-racist organizations. Anyone can start a BARWE group at your school and the whole month by month program is laid out for you.
Additionally, the program is free but participants are expected to donate what they can.
Good luck!

I'm looking to start an Anti-Bias Education initiative in my preschool program, but I'd like to be able to provide teachers with some kind of structured guidance. I would like a tool that would give me measures to indicate improvement in implementing the program over time. I'd like something that blends standards for materials perhaps found in ECERS, with the interactions you'd be looking for, like in the CLASS. Is anyone aware of anything like this? Thanks in advance for your assistance!
