I would suggest the Child Care Exchange book by Ann Pelo and Margie Carter,
From Teaching to Thinking: A Pedagogy for Reimagining Our Work. I recently read a new book that has some wonderful thoughts on Reflective Practice,
The Art of Reflective Teaching: Practicing Presence, by Carol R. Rodgers, published by Teachers College Press. She sets up a framework for thinking about teaching and even though Rodgers writes about using this with her college students, it is a perfect frame for thinking about how to do collaborate with others in our teaching. I would also suggest another book from Redleaf Press,
Reflecting in Communities of Practice: A Workbook for Early Childhood Educators, by Deb Curtis, Debbie Lebo, Wendy Cividanes, and Margie Carter. This is a very practical book that can be used with your teachers to develop how you collaborate as a team, a design that reflects your environment and context.
These will not specifically provide you with checklists or anything else like that but you will be able to use their ideas to design what you need. I would suggest that whatever you choose, you develop your strategies with your teachers, once you have some background knowledge and a framework from which to work.
Best of luck.

Thank you so much for your willingness to share this great resource! I especially love the section titled "Assessing Your Work as a Team". Those are terrific reflective questions.

Hello Leora,
This is such an important topic to explore and discuss with your teaching teams. I have attached a resource packet that I share as part of a presentation called - Gossip Be Gone! The Vital Importance of Positive Communication. It has a resource list with books and articles that might me helpful to you. It also included a short assessment that teams can use to assess their work as a team. When I use this assessment with teams I ask each person to circle two strengths and two areas of growth, and then ask them to discuss as a group and come up with ideas to enhance their work.
I am happy to answer any questions that you have.
All the best,
