Hello,
Presentation does not matter; paper or electronic are equally acceptable. Programs are not judged by appearance of the portfolio or on anything but content in regards to meeting the needed information.
Our program is due for a visit. We recently moved to an electronic portfolio. We found that PowerPoint was quite glitchy, but that Google Slides is the easiest way to go. The assessor confirmed that GS will be accepted, so it does not need to be in PP. Both programs transition easily in Drive.
In terms of evidence, screenshots and jpeg scans are easy to insert. If the item needs to be zoomed into to see, that is also acceptable for the assessor

How many have presented your accreditation portfolio via the PowerPoint option, and how many have submitted in hard copy? Or do you know which one is preferred? I have all evidence ready to upload, but is hard copy just as good, or is one medium preferred over the other? I am on the fence about presenting my pieces of evidence and which one might be the easiest to navigate for the assessor. Thank you. Katie Avenson
