Hello Tammie,
We ask interviewees, "can you describe a time when an idea you had was a opposed in a discussion and how you handled it?" It's been a helpful question for us when trying to assess for how someone works in a team.
We also ask, "we do also ask about people's learning styles (e.g. how do you best receive instruction or directions?) I've found this to be especially informative with our younger college student employees because it helps me know how to train or how to mentor. And it helps teaching teams know how to work with another and recognize that not everyone learns the same or intakes information the same way.
Giving interviewees situations or examples of challenges or routines that are a part of your program and asking for their response or feedback to it can be helpful too. Gives an idea of how they respond thinking on their feet and how they process different things.
Hope those might be helpful,
Maile Quinton

Hello- As a new director, I am wondering what are some informative interview questions to ask when interviewing associates. Thanks for your help.
