My longtime relationship with my insurance carrier started to erode when they were notified about my new family childcare business. Forms were required. Lots of questions were asked. At renewal time, premiums doubled on my home, vehicle (although I don't transport kids) and umbrella. I was told I no longer qualify for their Elite status; I'm now in their Standard pool. Does anybody out there have similar experiences? Thoughts?
