We do the same, serve 2 snacks and lunch, and have always answered 5A.23 as "NA-we only serve one meal each day."

Hi, again. You were all so helpful with my last question so I thought I would try again.
The criteria reads 5A.23 - If your program serves two or more meals a day, show that your policies and procedures provide children with the opportunity to brush their teeth at least once daily.
My question is if snacks are considered a meal or not. If your school serves lunch and two snacks, do you need to be brushing teeth? Thank you all in advance and good luck to everyone in their accreditation process.
