Do you work directly with children in a center, school, family child care home, or other early learning setting? We want to hear from you! Teach Plus, in partnership with NAEYC, is conducting roundtable discussions with early childhood educators in prekindergarten to second grade to hear their perspectives on how to improve the early childhood landscape. In these roundtables, we are asking questions such as:

• What current challenges are you facing? 

• How can we strengthen the early childhood education workforce? 

• What can we do to retain our already diverse and highly skilled workforce? 

• What support do you need to be your best for children every day?

The roundtable conversation will be one hour long and will take place virtually on Zoom. Responses will be reported in the aggregate and your information will remain confidential. Participants who engage in a roundtable will be entered into a raffle for one of 5 Amazon gift cards!

We are so glad you would be interested, Asenath, however this particular experience is currently open to those working with children in preK-2nd grade. Please share this with other colleagues who fit that demographic and may be interested. Also, please continue to be on the lookout for future opportunities as we engage in this kind of work continuously on behalf of our members.
