My name is Kelly Juerjens, and I am a doctoral student at Northcentral University. I am running a study to recognize the supports that teachers need to carry-out behavioral interventions in a multi-tiered system of support.  The focus of this study is on discovering the root of challenges to implementing MTSS behavioral interventions and to understand teachers' perceptions of supports that would aide in the success of their implementation, hopefully resulting in future development of a system of support for teachers implementing MTSS behavioral interventions. By gaining an understanding of supports that ECE teachers perceive will help them be successful in the implementation of behavioral interventions, administrators and other stakeholders can better work to ensure the success of both their teachers and students by providing the critical supports teachers report they need to implement behavioral interventions across all tiers. I am recruiting individuals who meet all these criteria:
    1. Be working in a public school in the U.S.
    2. Be a lead teacher currently teaching preschool to second grade
    3. Be currently carrying out behavioral interventions through a school-wide or classroom MTSS system

If you are interested in participating in this study, or have questions, please contact me at K.Juerjens6609@o365.ncu.edu
