Hi Mary:
You could consider practices such as: potluck dinners where staff get to know one another, joint planning between teachers on a family or community event, monthly celebrations of staff birthdays; etc.
You could consider policies such as: attendance at staff meetings to share thoughts/ideas, attendance at program sponsored PD events to engage in group learning, mentoring between seasoned/new teachers; etc.
You could consider projects such as: garden beautification at the program, collaborative bulletin board displays in common areas, etc.

Subject: 6A.6 Show or describe two or more exampleof staff-related policies, practices, or projects that have promoted a collaborative, inclusive organizational climate.
I do see the example in the NAEYC program portfolio sample template online, but I was just wondering what others are showing for evidence.
