    Hello all!
    I'm opening a new daycare center in Illinois.   I'm struggling with finding funding to help with the start up cost and finding employees.  Can anyone assist me in these areas I'm struggling in?

    In Iowa our Child Care Resource and Referral is who we go to for help.  Does Illinois have anything like that?

    Illinois does have a Childcare resource and Referral. They may be able to help you. You can also talk to your DCFS rep and see if they have any ideas.
