Family and Staff Surveys

Has anyone created these (Or has NAEYC) in electronic format?  We are finding through our regular feedback survey processes that everyone is responding more readily to email links to surveys rather than paper copies.  Any suggestions of ideas before I go transitioning mine?

    Good Morning Diana

We use Survey Monkey for all our family and staff surveys. We partly do this because it is so much easier to collect data and analyse it and secondly because we can make it anonymous for our staff. It is so easy to customize and you can save the survey's when you make a free account and just repeat them year after year, making whatever tweaks you need to.

Survey Monkey is a good option but, depending on the size of the group you are polling and what you want to do with the data, it can get expensive. Another option is using Google Forms to create and collect surveys. If you have more funding for data collection, you can go with a more advanced data collection program, such as Qualtrics. In any case, e-mail links to electronic surveys so seem to work much better than paper and pencil options.
