  • 1.  Families First Coronavirus Response Act

    Our church and preschool have less than 25 employees.  Observing this new law would definitely cause a great hardship to our non-profit, faith-based business.  Does anyone know what the procedure is going to be to get an exemption from the Labor Secretary?

    I read the law too.  My big take away (if I read it all accurately) was that is protects those who actually get the virus or those who have to care for someone who has it, or illness due to it in your workplace and closure as dictated by government entity.
