Hello!
It has been my experience that it is easy to get children connected to First Steps between the ages of zero and two, but it is much more challenging to obtain services at age three.
I am wondering from any director or program, specifically in Indiana:
- What is your process when a child aged three and up is in need of services? (speech, behavioral therapy, cognitive delays, etc.)
- What challenges or roadblocks have you found when trying to obtain services for this age group of children?
Thank you
