Strengths-Based coaching is a key component of my work. I use it to support school leaders, to help them develop the skills they need to strengthen their relationships with their staff and I use it with teachers to help them build strong teams and positive relationships with parents.
I will be doing a free webinar next month focused on Strengths-based coaching. You can find it by searching for Early Childhood Investigations, going to the “browse webinars” page. Right now the webinar is the fifth one down.
I have written a chapter on Strength-Based Coaching in my book, Inspiring Early Childhood Leadership: Eight Strategies to Ignite Passion and Transform Program Quality, published by Gryphon.
I am certified as a coach through IPEC - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. An amazing, life-altering, program. They are based in NJ and run training programs there.
