    On Belonging
More than feeling like you "fit in", Belonging is a mindset characterized by being your unique self, knowing that you matter, and that your voice is essential. It embodies and strengthens the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is a critical part of student, teacher, and administrator development and well-being.

Through the lens of NAEYC's Four Core Goals of Anti-Bias Education and Dr. Ransom's own SPARK model, participants will explore the phenomena of Belonging and the critical role it plays in early childhood education.

You won't want to miss this empowering, interactive workshop and the chance to create a deeper sense of Belonging in your early learning spaces, your life, and beyond!
