Just wondering if anyone is adding to their registration information a Unplanned Center Closure and would you be interested in sharing?

    HI Allyson,

My center consulted with a lawyer to include a clause for refunding tuition based on number of days in operation vs mandatory health related closures. We went through a pro-bono lawyer. Something you would want to look into. Ours is not completed yet; I'm unable to share at this point.

So many things to think about! Good luck.

Most of the programs that I consult for have included unexpected closure and how tuition will be handled in their up coming contracts. I believe you can put anything you like into a contract. It is up to parents to read (which many don't) and sign. Then you are "covered".
