Hello everyone,
I am feeling overwhelmed gathering evidence of children's progress for my pupils' performance management meeting that comes up every 6 weeks with the SMT. I am not sure that uploading online evidences for each learning goal for each child is necessary as it is time-consuming and prevents me from preparing adequately for my lessons which in my opinion is very important. I think that there might be other ways of monitoring students learning and performance. With children under five years of age, this might be okay but with primary aged children, the bulk of pictures, video and written evidences that I have to upload is making teaching unattractive at the moment.
Please share your opinions/suggestions as to what works for you. I am willing to try out and probably make suggestions to my organisation.

Hi. Documentation can be overwhelming. Take it one day at a time. Try to do it in the moment on a tablet and edit later. You don't have to assess all objectives in one term. Keep the faith. You'll accomplish your goals.

Thanks for the encouragement. I get so busy working with the children that I forget to video or snap photos. I will keep working at it.
