I’m in the state of Minnesota and we recently lost our 4 Star rating because the teacher we had at that time moved on and we’re having a hard finding/affording a quality teacher. I have questions about:
- How can we find qualified staff we can also afford to pay?
- How do we make the new rules work for long time teachers who are very good but do not have the schooling that is now required?
- Parent Aware new qualifications?
- How can I support my current staff to get the training they need to stay part of the workforce as rules and regulations change?
I welcome thoughts here and also can send more detail on specific things I need help on individually.
