I love this question.  I love podcasts as a source of information and opportunity for reflection. I recently hosted a Podcast Club for our Early Childhood Educators. I included podcasts from these sources -
Brain Architects  on early brain development
Hygge in the Early Years providing many short lessons for day to day in early childhood education
On Being on spirituality, culture and our being.  So much depth to be found in these conversations. - one of my faves.
Also on my favorites - 99% Invisible, Freakonomics and Unlocking Us - Brene' Brown

I, too, am thrilled to see this diverse list of podcasts that is now being shared with the early childhood community.  The Preschool Podcast also has some good episodes in their mix. This is an excellent way for us to stay current and informed. I also appreciate Jessica's mention of some topics beyond our field. I might suggest Meditation Oasis to round out the mix!

Thank you Tonya, implicit bias and it's impact is a topic that I am passionate about. I'm going to listen today! Jessica, I also appreciate the Center for the Developing Child podcast (and any resource they put out- great tools for teaching teachers!) I also like Scene on Radio, the Seeing White series (I use it to build curriculum for an affinity group/learning community) and I just started The Land That Has Never Been Yet series. I like the new Michelle Obama podcast- if you are a mentor I recommend the mentor and mentee episodes! I think this one is only available on Spotify.
(Hi, Aren! Fun to run into you here :)

    Hi Aubrey,
That's it! There website has so many articles and videos. They're making a real effort to make their research accessible to the general public.
