I'm wondering- has anyone found a smock/covering for your teachers? I'm looking for more than an apron but don't want a hospital gown. Appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

We use an over the head type smock that ties at each side. The teachers like the two big pockets in front.

We got Cobbler Aprons for our staff. Each staff person has two so if they need to change it during the day they can. We got them Dr. Leonard medical supply. They are striped and have a pocket with either Sunflowers, red flowers or nuts on the green one. They are light and comfortable for the summer weather. We are also asking our staff to bring extra T-shirts and pants to work in case they get droplets on their clothes.

Christine -- thanks so much for the tip on where to buy the cobbler aprons.    I have been looking all over for them, I was probably
calling them the wrong name but it was good to get a source to purchase for our teachers

We're using the long sleeve jackets that snap up the front from the medical uniform store.  They come with pockets, a variety of colors and child friendly prints. I don't think the "aprons" will protect clothing if you're working with infants and toddlers as you arms will be exposed.

    Thank you
I am also thinking the apron won't offer enough coverage.
    Anyone comfortable recommending a supplier?
There are just so many details!

One webinar i watched recommended button-down shirts, so they do not need to be pulled over teachers' faces.  I ordered many different sized men's button-downs from Swap.com.
