If the school is full immersion you will need to be fluent without an accent, for example we I work we only hire native speakers because we want the kids to learn the correct pronunciation.

Hello,
I'm currently job hunting in SoCal and I stumbled on a job that I qualify for at a local language immersion school.
I'd like to be optimistic that since I meet every qualification (except being completely fluent in the language the program uses, I'm not quite there yet) I'll at least get an interview.
Can anyone provide insight on what to expect from an interview at a language immersion school?
