We are in a hospital community and have past board presidents that have come from the hospital with similar expectations. In terms of "productivity" we track the following: timeliness of lesson plans being turned in and that they meet the required components, child observations turned in per our schedule (weekly), child assessments done per schedule, center adjustment reports (for new children or children that have transitioned) by due dates based upon enrollment, monthly newsletters completed, safety checklists, and incident reports turned in within a specified time frame.

Subject: Productivity benchmarks
I am managing a hospital employee child care program and with such, my staff productivity is measured in comparison to hospital staff productivity standards. As you can imagine, this is not a very accurate comparison. Kind of like apples to oranges. Anyway, I am wondering if anyone has any sort of child care staff productivity program they work with. Thanks. Dawn.
