    Hi Everyone,
As per our new DCF regulations, in order for multiple groups to be able to use our large carpeted all purpose room (in in clement weather), we must be able to sanitize the carpet in between each group. Does anyone know of a way to do this safely, within EPA safety as well and be able to have multiple groups use the room over a 6 hour span?
Everything that I have seen (foggers, etc) will sanitize, but another group cannot use the room until pretty much the next day.
    THANK YOU!!

I believe spraying with a disinfectant spray such as Lysol and allowing it to dry before using again would be sufficient.  Have you also considered a bleach water solution?  If mixed properly, this wouldn't stain the carpet.  I might also suggest contacting you licensing specialist for suggestions or clarification.

Good morning, wow this sounds very stringent, but I went the to the CDC website and they have a long list of disinfectants they believe to kill the germs that cause COVID 19.  They say you can look them up by numbers.  There were two Lysol products that state they only have to be on the surface for 2 minutes, so I would recommend these:
777-127 Lysol disinfectant max cover mist or 777-99 Lysol spray.  Go on the site and you can see the full list. Some require up to 10 minutes of contact time.  Good luck!

We are using Bioesque, meets all of our requirements and takes only 4 minutes. We buy it through Home Depot Pro. https://bioesquesolutions.com/botanical-disinfectant-solution/

Yes, the other preschools in the area use It as a light spray at the end of the day.
