    Thank you for sharing this important document, Tonya. I noticed how the positions expressed in the manifesto are aligned with an essay published this week by Bank Street College of Education:

    "We have to understand in our country, the ways in which work performed by women and work performed by women of color has been historically undervalued... it is critical to understand, name, and look for ways to disrupt that."

    I hope that the current challenges we are all facing will become an opportunity to rebuild our systems on a foundation of equity and justice.
