Hello Everyone,
Please permit me to introduce myself as Aderonke Akinremi - aka as "Ronke". I am retired banker with Diploma in Accountancy. I found myself in educational field due to my passion for caring and nurturing children and being a grandmother with many grandchildren.
It is interesting however, that I hailed from a family of born teachers, which all together motivated me to pursue a career in teaching and most especially in toddler education. I charged myself to pursue a study in Child Development Associate and got certified in 2019. So far, I have been an associate teacher for the past six years.
Now, I am planning to establish a home-based multi-cultural school with the aim of reviving the adage that says, "it takes a village to raise a child." This I believe is achievable and realizable with human and material resources at my disposal.
However, I am seriously hand twisted because of the pandemic to delve into this venture fully and given the uncertain terrain and attendant challenges.
This, therefore, makes me to seek for the assistance of experienced members to mentor and navigate me through the path to success in this my long-time dream.
