    Appreciate everyone's feedback.
While I would love to use bleach- I know my teachers don't want to.
Does anyone have an all-purpose EPA approved cleaning product they can recommend?

    HI Laurie
We are using a disinfectant called Bioesque. (EPA register: 87742-1). I'm afraid I can't really tell you how cost effective it is - definitely more expensive than bleach (which we do use on our playgrounds) but it is the lowest toxicity level (IV); safe for food contact and does not require rinsing; has a low contact time (4 mins), has the "emerging viral pathogen claim" and is biodegradable. Our teachers use it in a spray bottle to clean classrooms and we also use it in a fogger at the end of the day - I'm waiting to get an electrostatic sprayer but for now using a regular hand held one. For me having something that has a low toxicity and does not require rinsing was important given that our children are young and everything needs to be disinfected.
    I hope this is helpful

What do you mean you are using it invalid "fogger"? What is that exactly? I'm imagining you turning it on when you leave and it mists the classroom?

    HI Jolene,
this is the one I am waiting for - but the one I am using is similar (just not electrostatic). The product one chooses is really important because it really covers everything

    Thanks Anne
    Youve offered great info.

looks like the sprayer won't be available til October.

just wondering- have you changed your screening process since you first opened? Seems like so much info is coming out - pros and cons regarding everything.

appreciate your experience and thanks so much for sharing!!

Here( NYC)  we used and been screened using a tool called ECERS (Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale). Which states using bleach +water and soapy water. Although  when eccers comes to evaluate (which I hope not any time soon) not sure if we would be allowed to deviate from the ecers guidelines for disinfecting surfaces.  It would be nice of there was some alignment in epa approved cleaning products or anything that would be cost efficient, safe and effective.
