I have had continued problems with my annual renewal. I submitted it the first week of Feb., leaving at least a month for review prior to its' due date. I have made several attempts to find out what is happening with it. I spoke with someone in accreditation in early March who said not to worry, it was probably in financial. I received an email on Friday saying my enrollment had expired and that I would need to start the entire process over. This was my third year for renewal and it has been the most difficult of them all. I thought it was due to the website site issues but now I am beginning to wonder if there are other issues as well. I have spent hours waiting on the phone, left messages for call back, sent emails only to have them returned due to failure to receive in your system.
