    Is anyone having issues trying to complete the annual report?  I can't seem to have access and I've been trying to call NAEYC several times, but no one is returning my phone calls.  My report is due April 1, 2019.  Will my school get penalized for not submitting the report on time?  Thank you

    I've been trying for a few hours to enter info into our portal and it is not saving anything. GRRR! Wasted precious time. They should put out an announcement what might be occurring and expected time to log in.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.  For a list of errors you may have experienced in the portal and our suggestions please visit https://www.naeyc.org/early-learning/technical  I am going to forward your information to our Program Support team and somebody will reach out to you today, so that they can research what is happening in your Portal.  We appreciate your continued patience as we work through resolving the Accreditation Portal technical issues.

    Hi I just spoke to April Kimble, and she had informed me that there's some issues with the Portal.  You should contact her, because she's very good.

    ​My annual report was due March 3rd.  I spend may days trying to log the report into the portal.  I placed repeated calls to Washington for answers then I finally emailed the help line.  They sent me a hard copy blank of the forms and I completed them and sent them.  I have not however received conformation of their receipt as in years past.  I called them to see if they had been received but was told it takes 4 - 6 weeks following their arrival for the accreditation department to receive them.  I am still going on faith at this point hoping that the report was received and will be acknowledge and reviewed at some point.

    I can understand your frustration.  However; after several attempts to contact NAEYC.  I finally spoke to April Kim who is very informative with the problems that NAEYC is going through.  According to April they weren't expecting to have problems with the portal.  However; they did and they are trying to fix it.  So try to contact April Kimble who will be willing to assist you.  Hope this helps.

    Aloha Ms. Kristen Johnson, thank you so much for that respond.  It helps to know that NAEYC is making sure that we are provided with Outstanding Customer Service.  I've been working on our re-accreditation everyday, but I'm unable to save any of the changes I made.  However; after speaking to April, she has provided me with so many things.  Now I can continue to work in ensuring that all of the information is inputted in the Portal.  Thank you and may God bless you.

    ​I have had continued problems with my annual renewal.  I submitted it the first week of Feb., leaving at least a month for review prior to its' due date.  I have made several attempts to find out what is happening with it.  I spoke with someone in accreditation in early March who said not to worry, it was probably in financial.  I received an email on Friday saying my enrollment had expired and that I would need to start  the entire process over.  This was my third year for renewal and it has been the most difficult of them all.  I thought it was due to the website site issues but now I am beginning to wonder if there are other issues as well.  I have spent hours waiting on the phone, left messages for call back, sent emails only to have them returned due to failure to receive in your system.

    Unfortunately, the Accreditation Portal has been experiencing technical difficulties, being that you are accredited, and the email you received stated that you enrollment was expired, it was an error message. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.  I forwarded your information to our Program Support team and somebody reached out and left you a message earlier today.  When you are back in the office, she will be able to troubleshoot with you.

    I haven't had this particular issue with renewal but I have missed issues of Young Children. I haven't received the April issue, though it may be too early.  I have also repeatedly had difficulty logging onto the website, especially from my work computer, though I'musing the correct login information.  I have found that for years the website navigations frustrating and difficult.
