I hope you are all doing well. I am seeking some advice. Our program is considering switching our enrollment contract to a commitment that needs to be signed about 6-8 months before the school year and we are looking for some language that other may have used that would be helpful to put in our document.
To give some background information, we are considering offering Kindergarten in Fall 2021 and we have had many families express interest. We would like to solidify the enrollment by January or February 2021 for the upcoming school year (as this can include costly planning ahead of time). Our fear is that public schools (which are currently virtual in our area) may adjust their plan next Fall.
Any sample contracts you might have used or are currently using would be ever so helpful in our planning and I would greatly appreciate any advice!
We are especially interested in deposit amounts and penalties for pulling out before the school year starts.
