    Hello,

Infant Care - Need of the community at large, all across the Country.
Based on research - 0-3 is very important age/stage of growth & development.
My passion is nurturing and playing with them - to build relationship of trust and care.

Is it your passion or do you feel it is a tedious job?
If passion - what drives you and how do you go about it?
If tedious - why and how do you work through it or did you move to another age group?

Nurturing an infant is of the upmost importance.  Please research responsive care to see how to recognize cues from the baby.

    Dear Jagruti,
Working with the infants is what I love.  I'm very passionate about working with the infants.  I don't find it tedious at all.  I love that each infant has their own personality and it is my job to learn that personality and use that to meet the needs of each individual infant.  There is meeting the infants basic needs, but along with that comes the the love and nurturing I give each infant.

The hardest part working with the infants for me is seeing them grow into their toddler years and then graduate into another classroom.  I begin to lose track of them after they move on.  I truly love working with the infants, I find it very rewarding.
