    Hello!
I have been at this for a little over a year.  I am looking for support on staff scheduling.  We use procare for the daycare and scheduling is taking several days.  I have to do it on paper then transfer it to the system for each individual staff member.  I have 18 employees that have filled out availability forms with the understanding that the hours couldn't be guaranteed based on children's schedule changes.  Plus contending with the ratio requirements. Any information would be very much appreciated.
    Thank you so very much!

We use the When To Work application.  We first have the staff email us anything changing in their schedule by the 10th of the month before we create the schedule.  We then send out a tentative schedule on the When to Work application by the 15th of the month prior.  Staff looks through it and lets us know if we missed anything by the 17th and it is set for that next month at that point.  The nice thing about this application is that you can create the needs and also copy and paste schedules.  The staff can then access the app on their phones-which they love.
