  • 1.  Membership online renewal system glitch

    Hi,

    I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing trouble with online renewal processing. I get to the checkmark page to agree to terms, etc. and after clicking continue it comes back with an error message "no line item selected." Another board member is experiencing the same issue. Just wondering.

    I love NAEYC and I have to say that I've never experienced another agency and website that has so many website, email, and tech challenges.  People post about it here frequently, which is probably just the tip of the iceberg, and I've experienced some in the past.  This has been true for years.  I wonder why that is.  I hope that your IT folx can fix the tech issues permanently.

    I also am due to renew my membership and have been reading about yet another issue with membership.  For the past three years, it has taken MONTHS to receive my membership card and certificate even though I was told that materials are mailed out on the 15th and 30th/31st of each month.  This last year I renewed and didn't receive my materials until October!!  I realize the issues this year caused but it has been multiple years with multiple issues.
