    Early childhood educators are usually not trained scientists, but we need to consider new information from science when it is suggesting that we need to change some of or practices. Neurobiology is currently bringing information about how the brain manages behavior that can help us with our responsibilities regarding developmentally appropriate practice. Some of it is a dramatic challenge for our thinking. I have published several articles on LinkedIn, "Tips From Neurobiology," that I hope will help us make the changes that this science finds important.
