    Hi,
I am interested in learning more about states who have professional development registries, licensing, r & r and subsidy connected. Do any states have this platform in place?

    Jennifer,
Great question.  Are you familiar with the National Workforce Registry Alliance?  https://www.registryalliance.org/ It is the national organization of State Registry systems.  Our website has a great deal of information, with a map that shows states with registries, resources on registry systems, white papers.  You can contact the org's executive director, Kimberlee Belcher Badal from the website, and even post your question in the contact us form.  There are additional resources that Kimberlee can provide or answer any additional questions.  I am the past president of the Alliance's Board of Directors.  Please feel free to reach out to her or to contact any state from the map on the website, there is contact information for each registry director.

    Hi Jennifer,

New York state has the Aspire Registry, an online database for teachers and schools for storing profession credentials, professional development history. It has been used for several years by public schools in our state, and now also by early childhood programs licensed by the New York City Dept. of Health. Organizations must have an account and individual teachers create and maintain one for themselves as well.

Best to all here! So great to connect across the country.
