Last year, it took me 5 months and many, many phone calls to receive my membership certificate and card. I renewed in early February 2019 and didn't receive my materials until late July 2019.
This year, I renewed on January 24, 2020. The information I was given last year was that batch membership mailings are sent out on the 15th and the 28th/30th/31st of each month. Based on this information, my membership materials should have been sent out
NO later than February 15, 2020.

WELL BEFORE the COVID-19 shutdowns. Imagine my surprise when my membership materials arrived today - July 23, 2020 -
6 months after my renewal!What is going on NAEYC? I was told last year that there had been a switch to a new distributor. Is that going to be the excuse this year? Please don't use a COVID excuse as I renewed before 2 months before anything started happening.
I am also concerned about the changes that are being made to membership benefits. I pay the premium membership price for a reason. I can tolerate the 20% off coupon in the store because it does help me add to my resource library. However, the reduction of the printing of the Young Children magazine and the book publications reduces the value of the membership due to printing costs on my end. How will membership fees be affected by the reduction of the subsidizes?
