    Hello Friends
The recent question about ASQ-3 has inspired this new thread.
I have been trained on the ASQ-3 assessment tool and the Early Learning Assessment tool.

I'm looking for "hacks" to make data collection more streamlined.

When assessing students do you :
Carry a clipboard and make notes throughout the day?
Do you create a folder or clipboard for each student and keep data there?
Where do you store the clipboard/folder/binder?
Do you pull students out of the room for assessments? If so, does another colleague step into your room to "keep ratio"?
If your school has multiple classrooms for each age group how do you ensure each teacher is assessing consistently across each age group?

What other tips and tricks do you use to collect and compile data?

    thanks,
