I teach in a state-funded preschool which requires a Parent Advisory Committee. Our director recently delegated the responsibility for these committees to the teachers. The guidelines regarding these committees are vague which I appreciate because they can be adapted to local interests however we really don't have much to go on in planning meetings. I am looking for examples of how others organize these committees and what the meetings look like. Any help would be appreciated by 6 teachers who already have enough to do and don't want to reinvent the wheel.
