You can go to edweb.net, free webinars, certificates after you pass a quiz. Make sure you check your state to make sure they will be accepted. I am in MA and they take them.

Hello all - Check out: Play Empowers Facebook Page for free training. You will, however, have to join that group as a requiste.

I recommend looking into the following. All are online, free, self-paced and have an evaluative component.

Start Commonwealth has a course called
Trauma-Informed Resilient Schools. Usually this course is $199, but currently free during the COVID-19 pandemic

***Use the coupon code TRAUMAINFORMED (all caps) at checkout to receive Trauma-Informed Resilient Schools free of charge. Please note that after you type in the coupon code you must clink the "Apply Changes" button to apply the coupon."

I would also suggest the IRIS  training modules at Vanderbilt University as well. These are all free with an evaluative component that qualifies for PD for most states.

I live in Michigan and am having all my staff complete the Michigan early literacy essential modules found at Michigan Virtual University.

    Happy learning

Early Childhood Investigations has excellent free webinar trainings at www.earlychildhoodwebinars.com. (sorry can't get link to insert)
You can sign up to get emails about upcoming webinars and you can search for earlier ones that are still available. On the website go to Browse webinars and choose Recordings, Slides, and Handouts. I especially recommend "Children's Lively Minds" Deb Curtis and Nadia Jaboneta

Currently Penn State Better Kid Care is offering some online modules at no cost that you might find helpful at this time: "Online Learning: Best Practices to Maximize Professional Development" and "Self-care for ECE Professionals Who Care for Children Impacted by ACEs" and "Resilient Caregivers: 'Bouncing Back 'from Stress"

    Hi Dee,

Many PBS stations around the country are hosting free webinars on how to use different digital media resources.

If you're in Wisconsin, check out our webinar schedule here: https://pbswisconsineducation.org/events

We will be adding more in the coming days. We keep them short and have lots of time for you to ask questions.

    Warmly,
    Mouna
