    NAEYC provides valuable and current information that supports young children, families, students and educators. I have been a member of NAEYC for 5 years and still struggle to get a prompt response to technical difficulties. I recently purchased the up-dated anitbias education e-book to use as a resource with my students. It downloaded and I could not access the materials. I still have not heard back from tech support. This book is an important resource for all educators in the current climate. I hope to have this issue resolved in a timely manner so I support my students to become the best educators of young children that they can be.
