Has anyone have or had problems in obtaining CDA Certificate.

I had taken the required classes, had the PD Specialist come to my class room (infant) for observation, taken the test and yet I was deny my certification. The PD Specialist stated that I passed the observation however, the CDA council refused to give me a valid reason for the denial. And would not tell me my test score. The total cost was $425.00 which I can not afford to take this entire study again. I am a foster/adopted parent who over the years (10) have taken classes in order to obtain my license. If the test scores were not strong enough I should be allowed to take it over at much lesser cost.

I did hear from the CDA Council Member and they did shed some light on the process which was very helpful. Now we are moving forward to resolved the issue.  Thank you very much for your input
