Purchased a book from NAEYC

  • 1.  Purchased a book from NAEYC

    I purchased a book on the NAEYC website in early September: Spotlight on Young Children: Observation and Assessment. My credit card was charged in September. I have not received the book or any reason for the delay. I contacted NAEYC a week ago via the website and have not received any response. Can you help me to find out when I can expect the book?

    Hello,
    I wanted to also say that I too have ordered books from NAEYC weeks ago I have not received them as of yet. What is holding the delivery and I submitted a comment twice to Customer Service to no avail.  Please look into this as I need those books for an online course I am taking. The course will be over with no books in hand!
