We are looking to create a policy on maternity leave for employees at our center. We currently allow employees up to 12 weeks unpaid, following FMLA policy even though we are a small center with less than 20 employees. We have worked the past few years to increase our pay scale and benefits and creating a maternity leave policy is the next step. I am open to any ideas of what other centers do. Thank You!
