I am curious to what programs use for their classroom and program portfolio formats.  Do you use digital formats? If so, what kind?  Paper copy? If paper, what do you use to organize it?

There are many options for organizing evidence in classroom and program portfolios! Portfolios can be in boxes, bins, binders, or digital - NAEYC has no preference on portfolio type. Programs may also construct their own digital portfolios. Some DIY platforms are PowerPoint slides, Word documents, Google files, project management apps, scanning hard copy evidence.  If you choose to use a digital portfolio it is suggested to have a backup paper copy, in case you experience any technical difficulties.  Note: NAEYC does not specifically endorse or license any digital portfolio platform or portfolio hosting company at this time.
