Thank you for reaching out. Because NAEYC Accreditation is a programmatic accreditation system, the accreditation is not tied to the physical facility, but to the overall program. If by entity, you mean a brand new program and staff in the same facility, that program would need to pursue accreditation from the beginning of the process. If by new entity, you mean new ownership, the accreditation would remain and you would just update the information within the accreditation portal to reflect the change.
